The first third of the fee is due upon the start of the search, the second third is due upon a submitted short-list of candidates and a third portion is due upon a successful placement. The quality of a retained search increases dramatically since it enables the search team to implement the right processes and take the requisite amount of time to find the best possible executive candidate.

Our Team Buildout model originated from our clients' requests to help them build out high functioning teams that range from Director to Board of Directors. We apply our process at scale to either build organically, strengthen bench strengths or add to growth. We are now tracking at doing this for 2 out of 3 of our clienteles.
