Lisa Hovagimyan has over 20 years of experience as a retained search consultant spanning across diverse industries which include Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare/LifeSciences, Consumer/Retail, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Oil & Gas, and Environmental Consulting.

Lisa is a California native born in Newport Beach and graduated from UC, Irvine with her Bachelors of Arts in English Literature.

Tom Callahan
Tom Callahan is a people person that values developing genuine relationships with those that he meets. Tom is drawn to people that are driven and guided by personal values, are hardworking, and committed to helping others and giving back. These are the kinds of personalities that grew into the core of Tom’s network in the bay area tech community.
Tom’s career started when he was living in Yellow Springs Ohio while attending Antioch College, where his knack for people landed him a role in their career placement office. He then moved to San Francisco after graduation to work in recruitment during the dawn of the internet. Since then, his career progressed to placing executive talent with major companies like Oracle, Vantage Partners Retained Executive Search, and Sonos.
Tom left Sonos in 2018 after strengthening its Executive bench prior to its IPO, to pursue his personal interests in entrepreneurship, establishing a formal affiliation with RCI. Now, Tom is able to galvanize his own personal network that he’s curated and sculpted through decades of experience to place top-level talent throughout the tech industry.
